The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our suppliers within 24 hours of the order being placed. The suppliers typically take 2 to 4 days to fill the order.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for your item(s) to be shipped from our suppliers to you. Shipments from Asia to the US are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. Those items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. We work closely with several suppliers who also warehouse select items in the US. Those items will ship USPS and take between 2 to 4 days. International delivery usually takes 15 to 30 business days.
